  • Failed her driving test for ... leave kitchen

  • It's called 'slowing down' - stupid bitch.

  • that L plate aint staying on love

  • will if the ppl where smart they would not stand next to the water.......i would hit the water 2...bc it funny

  • Ermm she failed coz she broke the law.. it actually states that if you deliberately splash a pedestrian, you break the law... she shouldve slowed down.. then she wouldve passed :D

  • only in the uk

  • That's actually really funny when the person got splashed

  • I tried to soak my brother by driving my car through a puddle but it failed as i left my window open so i got soaked lol

  • It is a mistake, but not a major. If she flew through the puddle, she could've lost control and hit something... The pedestrian is not important.

  • too fuckin right u inconsiderate bitch, slow down u fuckin numbskull.

  • Lol? Pedestrians aren't using the road plus those idiots were literally in the road.

  • Here's a tip... Don't stand in front of a fucking puddle?

  • other road users ... pedistreions use the pavement , not the road ;)

  • It says in the highway book be considerate to over road users they were pedestrians not road users. They were on the pavement not on the road.

  • No, I think the pedestrians are at fault, they have a whole sidewalk to cross the road with, and they choose the place where their brain was disfunctioning... a puddle.

  • i farted in my driving lesson and it stunk of eggs and i still passed.

  • LOL I DONE THIS IN A DRIVING LESSON..

  • Why are those people standing next to a puddle like that anyway? They pretty much asked for it.

  • fail? retake the test

  • I'm happy this stupid bitch failed, one less idiot on the road. Success!

  • And it's not an "unknown" rulke of the road. It is common sense, AND any decent instructor would tell you to slow down or avoid the puddle completely. Or maybe that's too easy?

  • @moewishaw slowing down is 1 thing but swerving into oncoming traffic is the most idiotic thing you can do , stopping would be even worse as u would cause traffic and u might get hit from behind .... it sounds like your suggesting we stop until the puddle dries up .. or we can close the road ...

  • HAHAHAHA Hilarious. It's actually a criminal offense are you can be prosecuted for assault. Fact.

  • she should have passed those kids were their for a reason which was only to get wet

  • Throwing water at someone can be considered assault, doing it with a car isn't much different

  • @Omni315 It's completely different. She should have slowed down, but swerving the puddle completely would have caused other road users to slow down and possibly swerve too.

  • well i failed for slowing down through a puddle - not causing a splash - and i got a instant fail for "too low below the speed limit!" LOL i wish i had fucking splashed the cunts.

  • looool she is driving with high heels. FAIL.

  • "To swerve or to splash?"

...Or to slow the fuck down.

  • stupid bitch!

  • If in doubt, middle pedal! Can't you be fined for splashing people nowadays anyway? Like potholes, if you have proof that damage has been caused, you can pursue the people responsible (I.E the driver). Also, bad L plates!

  • pedestrians aren't road users....

  • Well that is awesome i think, examiners should teach manners too. How does she like being splashed by some asshole in a comfy warm car? Well? Good for her should have some sense. Tho not like the dumb moron learnt coz she didnt even say anything about it only cares about her own ass.

  • @ninjagirl625 That's not an actual video of the incident. That's just a random YouTube clip.

  • has she not heard of aqua planning? my instructor used to give me a rollicking even driving through the shallowest of puddles at speed, she should have probably slowed down if she could not avoid it

  • @pastapotify hydroplane... but yes. correct.

  • @MrChrisGordon Hydroplaning and aquaplaning are the same thing...

  • Hahaha common fuck. Needs shooting.

  • Why didn't the tester just deduct a mark. If. there were heavy traffic or continuous yellow line or a cycling track or an ambulance or just no stopping what would be the outcome?

  • That examiner was a dumbass. That wasn't even CLOSE to an accident and she should have passed. I wouldn't have taken the test again because they don't deserve money to fail people for stupid shit.

  • BUS WANKERS

  • So what you do is you get out your 4 10 shot gun and say give me my fucken drivers , license or ill blow your fucken head off. that's what chopper would do. im chopper and that's how to get your fucken drivers license without failing.

  • commensence bitch

  • WHY ARE WOMEN SO FUCKING STUPID! DOES SHE NOT KNOW THE WIND WILL BLOW THE L PLATE UP ARE NO ONE WILL SEE IT! (Sorry for caps) :D

  • Glad it wasn't me standing at the bus stop, she deserved to fail, keep dopey drivers off the roads and watch where your going next time

  • What's she doing sat behind the wheel without a licence?

  • The person after her splashed them too. Lol.

  • they marked me off (not failed) for not coasting down a bridge lol i stayed on the gas for the first 1/4-1/3 of it then let it coast to maintain speed so as not to speed, only to find out i got deducted for it lol

  • This is ridiculous, it should be a minor at most!

  • Like many learners, she was guilty of poor observation; which is invariably a test fail, end of story, if she can't grasp that concept she shouldn't be on the road. She also could be fined for driving without due care and attention.

  • The worst she should have gotten is a minor. I have my driving test in two weeks and I'm dreading it now, seems like they can fail you for anything.

  • @TheBlueBanshee I have road test this week! But it is easy here in Lowell; just a 10 minutes drive including parallel parking, backing up (like 10 feet) three-point turn.. and that's it. No lane change, traffic lights at all.. but there are a few stop signs. I watched a lot of videos here and they were helpful! I am prepared :)

  • @thugricanz lowell indiana??

  • "Didn't really think much of it" I think that says it all really! She should simply have seen it and slowed down, no? :S

  • I did the same... why am I not on the news? :S

  • what she doesnt mention is the puddle was the north sea........

  • Okay...to all the morons who cant see that NONE of the cars in the little clip had any L plates...the clip was just some stock footage of people being splashed Its obviously NOT a video of her driving test.

  • whos Ford Focus is that?

  • That L plate will never stay on at 0:46

  • Well there's her problem the steering wheels on the wrong side

  • THATS FUCKING BULLSHIT !!!

  • LMAO!!!! I thought her splashing them was quite funny......But did the car behind her have to splash the people also?! Ahaha! But she could have atleast slowed down or got in the other lane..... It also kinda seemed like they wanted to get splashed anyways.

  • If the driver was a guy, the comments would be quite different.

I don't think that's a fair interpretation of that law either.

  • Northern bastards

  • Her and the pedestrians fault, if I was waiting at a bus stop, I definitely do not wait right at the fucking curb where a huge puddle is.....

  • As horrible as it sounds, say a dog runs out in front of you in city traffic. It's safer to hit the dog than to swerve and risk a bigger accident. I don't see how this is any different, or how she did anything wrong.

  • swerve or splash?..... or slow down.

  • That's what you get for being a bitch and splashing someone

  • ...not to mention that going too fast through standing water can cause hydroplaning, which really could cause a collision.

  • Well you can fail a driving test for anything a cop can give you a ticket for no?

  • Ah, this is OK.... Women shouldn't be driving anyways!

  • hopefully she still hasn't passed, being stupid enough to take this story to the news! Should have seen ahead and slowed down, as many others have said, and yes it's also illegal and a safety risk, so sit down and stfu.

  • @c0mm3n...and your a bell end go wind your fucking neck in

  • Her L plate is laughing at her...

  • Here you can sue the driver.

Its very simple, avoid or SLOW DOWN...silly woman i hope her kids aren't stupid as she is.

  • its called driving with due care and attention, she should have slowed down, by speeding through and splashing the pedestrian she obviously didn't see or pay attention to meaning she was not aware of her surrondings thats why she failed.

  • Silly sod !

If you can't see a puddle and deal with it, you should not be on the road.

  • its illegal because if you hit the puddle going to fast you can aquaplane off the road and kill someone, slow the fuck down stupid bitch, and well done to the exam instructor.

  • Umm.. why would the pedestrians be that close to the street. It seems they where waiting for someone to splash them.

  • @RipDaChipper They were, alot off kids do it, BUT its the responsability of the driver to drive properly regardless of who wants to be splashed or otherwise. Maybe I am a killjoy but safety first.

  • Stupid thing, but.... Usually, when I see a puddle ahead, even though I'm on a motorcycle and could easily swerve around it, just because it's nice for the pedestrians (and because I hate when I get splashed as a pedestrian!), I slow down.

Don't see what is so hard about it, either. If it's wet enough to have puddles on the road, it's probably raining - at which point you should not be driving at speed ANYWAY.

  • Of course it's avoidable. SLOW DOWN if you can't go around it.

  • She should fail for not putting that L plate on propley lol !!!!!

  • @Ricko90ep3 ...You should die for not spelling propley properly

  • @Ricko90ep3

You should fail for not spelling properly, properly.

  • She`s an idiot, and stupid to think she could actually pass when she`s splashed a pedestrian.

  • Those retards wanted to get splashed. I say its their fault for even being that close to the road. Say you lose control of that car and they get hit. Who's fault would it be? Theirs because of the sheer excitement for seeing something that comes on rainy days. Pathetic if you ask me

  • "if i would have swerved i could have crashed"

look she's dumb, she can just slow down. and im sure she saw it coming, if she couldn't see the puddle she should fail her test simply for not wearing her contacts or glasses or whatever...

  • they got splashed twice and didn't move out of the puddle, I say they just wanted to get splashed

  • @Zaskhar Those people in the video weren't the ones she splashed, the 2 guys they showed were just pratting around and the clip was used as an example of splashing.

I guess the guy filming that was in on it too

"Oh look at that puddle outside, me and him will go out and stand by it, you film us and it will be YouTube gold"

  • That's bullshit. So she got some people wet. If she would have swerved to avoid the puddle, she could have hit an oncoming car and had a real accident! However, I guess the best thing to do is to slow down or stop before a puddle and make sure it is safe to go around it and turn on your signal and carefully go around the puddle.

  • @hlikes It's not because she splashed the people...it's not that it's because the puddle could be 4 foot deep

  • @09knucklez Yeah, I guess you're right. That would suck.

  • so why did she fail, for not stopping and giving her details, or for not driving round it, what if she could not drive around, due to oncoming traffic, or what if white van man was right up her backside and it was unsafe to brake hard. Methinks the examiner was just not happy with her overall driving and took the opportunity to use the puddle as a reason to fail.

  • @grahamzx9r driving is all about planning and looking at whats going on ahead , if someone is too close to her then thats their problem not hers , they should leave the proper braking distance , at the end of the day its an offence end of story . im sure if she was the person who got soaked she would change her mind

  • It is a well known law. We don't need thoughtless idiots like her on the road. And you wont swerve into oncoming traffic if you can drive. Which she can't.

  • In the USA they don't even do the driving test in the rain.

  • lol and those guys WANTED to get splashed LOL

  • inconsiderate bastards on the sidewalk. They made her to fail her test for a stupid reason indeed.

  • She should have dodged the puddle, not have have driven through it.

  • Perfectly justified reason for failing a test. I've always understood that driving through puddles with no regard to pedestrians was in fact technically illegal.

  • Fuck the pedestrians

  • what makes it worse is when these people refuse to accept there mistake and continue to argue saying they could have caused an accident if they swerved.she got it wrong..full stop.learn from it and make yourself a better driver,we all make mistakes, the real test is if you can hold your hand up and learn from it.you dont need to swerve,if you cant pull up in time your driving to fast for the road and conditions, she cant argue with them apples.

  • um.. those people were laughing after they got splashed werent they I mean they just stood there as car after car drove by..

  • Good, I'm glad she didn't get her licence. Bloody deserved to get failed haha. :)

  • shame!!

  • 0:09 =>Look at the picture in the background,u have something else instead of a single ''O'' to make it LOL:)

  • The rule said other ROAD users... Last time I checked the bus stop isnt in the middle of the road, its kinda on the side

  • @piemasterp

I suppose it is like if a pedestrian walked into the road as you were turning into a side road. You would fail for hitting them, because you are expected to be alert to danger and also they have the right of way. It's been a long time since I passed my test in 1993, but I seem to remember being told this by my instructor.

  • Why those buggers were standing in front of fuckign big puddle ...lucky it wasnt piss otherwise they'd been pissed off :)

  • Paedestrians need to stay away from puddles. Think that's the best solution.

  • I failed my test for going too fucking slow, thats right I was being to safe and failed...

  • What i do is when i get past people and they're waiting at bus stops and there's a puddle i slow down like lowish 2nd gear cause i've been splashed a good deal of times and i don't usually like it. I don't know what the regulations say about it, but it's goddam stupid splashing people on your exam, i mean what for was she driving fast through puddles? on such weather conditions you are supposed to adapt the speed to ensure that nobody's being bothered, not be a lousy brat and call television.

  • I guess Karma got you back for splashing someone :P

  • Why is she 35 and needing to have another Exam?

  • ok, i have 2 ways of thinking about this. 1. you slow down, but then you are distrupting the flow of traffic, or 2. you ARE ALLOWED to slow down because you would be slowing down due to road conditions. not sure what one makes more sence. any feedback???

  • Rule 1. Dont wear heels!

  • To be honest, if kids are standing there waiting for it then so be it!

  • dumb bitch, someone tell her how to slow down

  • Stupid bitch splashing people on her test... twat

  • I would be stupid to swerve, but it wouldn't hurt to slow down, or put your learner sticker on correctly.

  • This reporter is an idiot, to swerve or to splash? How about slowing down and creating a smaller splash? It's in the highway code, and you can be prosecuted for not giving due care and attention to pedestrians.

  • the examiner should get fired

  • the girl wanted to be splashed for the love of god people need to get serious

  • I'd rather hit the puddle then swerve and crash.

  • So after all that the examiner was in the right to fail her!

  • no splash no gash

  • she could do

    - slow down to pass at a more resonable speed and if other vehicles are following close activate the warning ligts as the highway code specifies tgo warn them of a hazard...

to the ones o like doing it I hope that "what goes around comes around... one day"

  • its fucking common sense, im a learner, id avoid it, or stop before it, retard...

  • Treat others how you want to be treated. That's why I slow down...

  • I got failed for passing to close to hedges and fences. I live in F**king Cornwall the roads are like 6' wide, what was I suppose to do?

  • I purposely splashed to see what the harm was when there was no one around and I saw that my steering wheel was out of control as it kept moving so yes there is a harm in splashing other than getting others wet.

  • I'd wrentch the drivers neck for getting me wet!

Pepole like those drivers need to be thrown in a river!

  • Fucking retarded asshole's who stand right next to a puddle deserve to be slashed and soaked by a on coming car.

  • I got failed for driving on the mud that had come off of a bank because of the rain, down a country lane, I just think its who is the examiner on the day really, but she shouldn't have called the news hahaha

  • slow news day or what

  • look she failed, she didnt observe the road ahead and alter her driving accordingly, she fucked up..tough!.to many times people these days dont have the spuds to accept when they make a mistake and always look to excuse there gobshite choices by saying that "there could have been worse consequenses if id done what i should have".bollocks she deserved to fail cus she was a dumb ass driver who will probably view her driving time through the rear view mirror watching all the accidents she causes.

  • splashing someone is illegal unless you can't avoid it coz another car is blocking your path. you drive around it if safe to do so. this i've known for over 10 years and i don't drive

  • lol another stupid 'nearly driving license holder' use your brain !

  • This is bullshit. Those morons were standing there to get splashed deliberately. They say be considerate to other road users but because of that rule I too failed my test due to impatient drivers.

  • WTF! This is MADNESS! If she'd of slowed down it could of caused a following driver to over take unnecessarily, or if she'd of swevred she got of flattened a cat or something. The driving instructor who failed her should of been sacked imo.

  • If she actually realized what she did when it happened, that is a start.

Testers can be extra harsh, but I'm sure they way look at is, is if you can't be extra careful during the test, how bad will you be after?

During my test I was told to drive to the airport. When I asked which exit, I was told that If I can't figure it out on my own I fail. :/

To be fair, my city is small and it is really not that difficult of a request.

  • People who splash are douche bags!

  • HAHAHA in canada i just did my written test and they left the road sign poster up on the walls!

  • it was right she was failed.to many drivers travel around totaly unawaire and unconcerned about there actions towards other road users or pedestrians.by reading the road ahead (not just beyond the bonnet) its possible to slow right down if its to dangerous to swerve round it,then drive throught it slowly.

  • Under UK traffic law, spashing a perdestrian, the driver can be given a 3 to 9 point endorcement for 'Driving Without Due Care and Attention'.

  • She could've got charged haha. She needs to drive slowly through the puddle.

  • I think its fair. Driving requires some common sense and this is one, when you see people on the side walk and a puddle of water you slow down. First off its the nice thing to do, second its the safe thing to do. The car can hydro plate or you might splash them and they might overreact and jump in front of the car. I think this just has to do with the fact that she needs to learn to use some common sense when driving.

  • Hmm. My examiner chose to make up the excuse for failing me. He said I caused a blue car to slow down on my first roundabout, I remember the roundabout as I had to wait 4-5 minutes for it because of traffic, I only went when a lorry was coming off and blocking the flowing lane to my right, unless the car went through the lorry without causing damage, maybe >.>

Any excuse to fail someone to get their quotas, eh?

  • haha getting on the news wont get you a driving licence ya dumpy northern bint

  • haha thats hilarious

  • Failed my test today (Oct 15, 2010)! During independent driving missed the sign for a roundabout and approached it at dangerously high speed (50 mph).

Just before the test my request to drive at NSL, while practicing, was turned down by my cunning instructor on the ground that I would not be required of this! I was in disbelief when, just 7-8 minutes into my test, I was on dual carriageway with NSL for independent driving!

Can someone suggest a good instructor in Southampton? @07894204373

  • How is it not avoidable? If it was a parked car instead of a puddle she would avoid it.

She should have seen the puddle, checked her mirrors and reduced speed. If there was no on-coming traffic, check the mirrors again and steer around the puddle.

If she can't avoid a puddle like this, then she shouldn't really be on the road at all.

  • I'm a driving instructor and it is an offence to deliberately splash a pedestrian. This woman should have been told to treat puddles like parked cars. Check and move out in good tine. She could have got done fir ABH.

  • mate if she did that to me then stopped and came back id punch the bitch.

  • it must have been a pretty HUGE splash for the examiner to fail her for that.. If it was a small splash the examiner might have let her get away with it.

  • Well, it's not her fucking fault, it's the pedestrains fault for being dumbasses.

  • he shouldn't of been standin there.

  • the car looks really big compared to her :/

  • Why were those people standing near the puddle. Idiots, it's just waiting to happen.

  • Slow down and wait if theres oncoming traffic perhaps?

  • It's just a little harmless fun between kids and drivers!

  • Haha

  • LMFAOOO LEGEND.

  • ha ha we need a rule like that in the us.. lmao people have no common sense when driving in the rain... i dont know how many time ive almost got splashed by people driving too fast for close to the side of the road in the rain....

  • But if she had swerved out of the way, she'd have probably failed because the examiner would have probably seen that as an error =/

  • It worries me that this woman might now have a licence - swerving into oncoming traffic is certainly not how to miss a puddle. Try slowing down. *Face palm*

  • i have done my test with Racist examiner all his reason to Failed me is about "observing" LOL is like i am driving whine i am closing my eyes. that was happen in sevenokce kent UK Unfortunately RACIST he just west my time and my money big problems we face in UK from some FKN RACIST.

BY THE WAY I AM DRIVEN FOR 7 YEARS

  • That's like the stupidest thing I've ever heard of. BREAKING NEWS: People get splashed!!! OMG W/E!
