Well it ended up being a combination of the belt being loose, the alternator bracket bushings needing replacement and the wiring on the back of the alternator needing to be replaced. I replaced the bushings, spliced the wires on the back and tightened the belt. It's back to 100% now. Also replaced the oil cooler line in the process. lol
your alternator belt is loose! notice the glowing light. also, the brake light seems to stay on. you may be low in brake fluid as well.
