My heart goes out to those injured, and the families of those deceased. I could see no guy wires or diagonal bracing on this structure that would be a normal part of safe engineering practices. High winds. Why didnt they move? They should have cancelled...:( people noone is to blame. It seems like the wind caught on the blue tarp and the wind was so powerfull it pulled the thing over, kind of the way a parachute works.
