Well thanks for taking time to make this video and putting it on Youtube- even if there is room for improvement - Bridge is the best game in the world and needs all the advertising it can get.
Bridge can seem complicated at first, but after a while you'll find that all those rules have a pattern to them and it falls into place. Stick with it!

@SRJ1DK Yes, it is awesome game. I'm currently running youth bridge games on some Sundays in Manhattan. Kids love that game.

When I picked up my first hand in Bridge I was amazed and couldn’t wait to play what I held.
When it came my turn to play I laid down 8 cards and announced “I’ve got an 8 card flush.”
Then I laid down my remaining 5 cards and said “And a full house.”
Everybody glared at me.
What did I do wrong?

This is sounds like Brioker game - hybrid of bridge and poker. I guess you playmates was playing old fashion bridge and not brioker.

In tournaments you need to compare the results of your hand with other couples hands?

@davidnalba
At the tournaments players play the same cards (boards) and after scores are compared.

The beauty is in the complexity of this game. It is never ending learning process and yet anyone can enjoy this game even if you play simple.
