  • You dont see any pro body builders doing this dumbells lol I understand theres variation in differant excercises but I'm more classic..You guys are still awesome and all I'm just saying, If you watch, say for instance ronnie coleman. He would never do this type of movment LOL Dont get me wrong I still use ALOT of your excersies In my routines and benifit alot from them ~Frank~

  • Is method similar to kettle bell swings?

  • @romerov002 Not if you watched and listened to all of it. The "swings" come in at the end for a specific reason. So 'similar" in movement, but not so much in purpose. (although are related for sure)

  • @scottabelcoaching Thanks Coach, I re-watched it and understood the method you are saying. And I tried it, the next day I could feel my anterior delts more sore than they usually are after day 2 of training for the week.

Again, thanks for posting the videos!

  • @romerov002 Well good for you mate. Glad you could benefit from it then. Good stuff !

  • @scottabelcoaching shrug it at the top?

  • EX: you'll see seversl variations of front raises in the future mate. This is just but one variation and combination used for a varied affect.

  • i always thought for anterior delt raises that you had to lean forward and bring the dumbbells back behind your thighs to maximize ROM
