Sounds a lot better than stock. Did the same to my vstar 1100 just long enough to buy Some Hard Krome Double D's. Now it sounds even better than gutted stock pipes. To all that are thinking of doing this mod. Make sure to by pass the AIS system. Or you will get a lot of backfire.

Go to EBay & do a search for "V Star 1100 exhaust modification" - That's the guy that does the exhaust mods that were done on my bike.
