One of the worst sprint car crashes I have ever seen. Glad they were ok.

Did you guys notice both cars lost their top wings after the first impact Essentially, they were both flipping non-wing sprinters. You still get the initial air-brake effect, but on a fast track momentum is going to cause the cars to flip. Today's top wings and mounting hardware is so light they are gone after the first impact.

dude! freakin insane wreck. would it be ludicrous to say the 10 or 15 years ago he might not have been so ok after this wreck. i mean with the hans a lot of injuries have been avoided. good job dean. appreciate the footage. the best on the internet!!! see you at gold cup!
