I do have a wifi usb a week now that I bought...but 4 days ago.....whle I was playing Pokemon Balck....the wifi usb green light went off & when I tried plugging again....the stupid PC of mine(im using now)doesn't recognize the wifi usb.....

I tried lots of different options,like restarting the PC,checking my wireless Gateway password,removing the dirt from the CPU slots & wifi usb...but non of this method 100% not working/helping at all!!!!!!!T^T Plz reply soon....

@SMGClanx There are 2 things you can do:

1. Change your Router's Security Type to WEP. Use google for a guide to do this. It doesn't take long if you're already a bit fluent with messing with your router settings.

2. Buy a Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector. You can pick them up online for about 15-20 bucks.

Either way it's a big pain in the ass, makes me wish I had a DSi. They're compatible with the now common WPA/WPA2 security settings.

@AngieFresh2 WEP and WPA are types of security that are used to protect home wireless networks. WEP is the only security setting that works with the Nintendo DS and Nintendo DS Lite. WPA and WEP are both compatible with the Nintendo DSi.

You can tell what you can connect to if it has a red-locked lock (which the person in the video has) or if it's an open blue lock. Open blue locks, depending on the place, like Starbucks, will require a password, so that connection can't be used for a DS either

WPA doesn't work with NDS and NDS lite guys. Only option is change your settings to WEP or buy a Nintendo Wifi Usb Connector ONLINE! It's discontinued so search it up on ebay and hopefully you'll find one. Becareful though, you might get ripped off.
