this is how deals are done in NYC... million dollar deals are closed in manhattan night clubs every day. This is probably how your employer got the funding for the loan to start the business you work for today. This is how the Underwriter who approved the loan was talked into it.

i own two businesses, i've 5 full time employees and 10 part time employees. i started the first one with the $4000 i saved from 3 years in artillery. the other to manage rental properties my father owns. and 5% of that income goes directly to the gov't for my student loans... and a business degree which didn't earn me one nickel so far in my life. My kid brother showed me how to run the businesses and start my own, and the only time he spent on campus was at my keg parties... go figure.

It costs too much to hire employees in the USA, to meet various government regulations, and to pay tax on top of it all

I learned to incorporate internationally; thereby taking advantages & avoiding disadvantages of various jurisdictions

Man must see himself in the international light or he will live the life of a slave to his gov & bankers!
