  • This is fucking amazing! fuck!

  • I hope this is gonna be on the new album...

  • Jesus Christ Brian, just stop it with the preaching bullshit. Go back to rocking, man. I miss his old stuff. Hell, even his solo albums were better than this.

It's a great recording, but come on!? Leave this nonsense to Bono.

  • but this is with Roger at the drums?

  • @po90o9ooilk yes,roger play drums..lo riconoscerei tra mille drummers

  • THIS SONG IS INSPIRATIONAL! IT'LL MOVE PEOPLE! AND IT'S ALREADY MOVED ME!

  • I don't like the song, but I like the message and I love to hear Brian use his power as musician for such a noble aim. He sounds really angry and I one should ask him, it is a topic he will get angry about in an interview as well.

I'm thankful that there are people like him who know what do to with their power their fans gave to them.

  • This song is powerfull . Everything he shouts out is (sadly) true! Come on people , listen to it and try to learn somethin gabout it!

  • Mind = fucking blown

Why hadn't I found this song earlier?

  • nice,nice,nice!!!!

  • Haven't seen this side of Brian apart from some parts of his soapbox. My respect for him just tripled.

  • This is a truly powerful song. It is not quite composed in a regular or classic manner, which could make it a turn off to some. Personally I love the message and I found the sound of it very appealing, and Brian's voice was rather sexy

  • Brilliant! Why didnt they write more songs like this instead of making stuff mit Paul Rogers...

  • Far far better than the stuffs they made with Paul Rodgers!

  • perdon pero esto ya no es Queen, solo es Brain May

  • im a massive queen fan but this song is terrible and should be put away and never looked at again

  • I think this must be evolved into queen greatest flixes.

This is too good. One of the greates rock songs of the world ever.

If Freddie doesn't sing this it doesn't mean it's bad.

    Queen forever.

  • Never Heard this before, but it's the truth, Please Release THIS Track.

    Bloody Brilliant!!!!!!

  • WHY ISNT THIS REALEASED YET?????!?!?!

  • Powerful.

A shame this never got a proper release.

  • Im a south african and the whole concept of the sound of the dialed numbers (Nelson Mandela's prison number bytheway) being used to form the song blew my mind when I saw the live DVD of this.

  • Great Song by Queen - Excellent call for equality in all things wordly. Neville Bardoli

  • thanks dave

  • wow!!!! great david!!!! thx for this!!!! :-))))

  • EPIC!!!!

  • Does anyone have this song? Plz could you share? I really want to have it

  • This is a brilliant song with the deepest message. Brian May is one of the greatest things that ever happened in the world of music !!!

  • He never said to take from the rich country to GIVE to the poor country. He said that rich and "powerful" countries like the U.S. and U.K. should not have different laws when dealing with other powers just because they are rich and "powerful". Basically, why should it be different for a country, men, women, and hetero/gays it should be the same for every group when it comes to rights.

The Call is a call to the people of the world to take action.

Liberal-blah? Can't you think for YOURSELF!?

  • @wenlinkel

"Whatsoever ye do to the least of these, My brethren, ye have done it unto Me."

  • Great song, hope to see it on an official release. God save the Queen!

  • This song shows they are professionals and very experienced.

  • Anyone who's talking crap about this song are out of their fucking minds! I'm sorry to use bad language here, but it's fucking TRUTH being spoken here!

Brian May is speaking about his country's gov't in here and it just as much describes almost EVERY gov't around the world!

Stand up to the government and do what you KNOW is right! They fuck up your country and YOU are the one to pay for it!

FIGHT the epidemic AIDS, eradicate this disease!

This song is EPIC, it's fucking REAL!

  • they make up the band

  • im also a brian may fan :)

  • This song is amazing!!!

  • I think Brians emotional input is great but the taste is different. Since english isn´t my language I have to ask what diapason ment. If anyone can explain the word to me i´ll be very thankfull.

  • It's a good song, but they lack appropriate vocalist with emotional voice and wide diapason. Then the call would be really massive and impressive))

  • I believe the beginning goes like this: There was a man on the street just the other day, with a thin long hand stretched out looking my way...

  • I think Brian is awsome and I love both Roger and Brian for fullfill Freddies wish to battle HIV and AIDS. In my eyes they are heros.

  • legends

  • Was this song ever officially released?

  • A good summary of Brians ideals.

  • great song.

Roger has ages quite alot but who cares really as hes still a great singer and a fantastic drummer

  • que linda cancion creo que la debiero de hacer antes de que fredy mercury muriera ya que eso fue lo que paso nadie sabia de esa enfermedad si no tubieramos a fredy con nosotros

  • I really like this song, I think it was very brave of them to do. One thing though, any one else think the conversation over lead vocals would have been a quick one? Roger: Mayte, I'm not singing that...

  • i like this song but i don't like to see the way that roger has aged :( but brian hasn't really aged at all and his voice and brain is still almost perfect!

  • yea, roger has aged, but his skill sure hasnt.

  • Yep. =)

  • Interesting song.I like it.However it won't begin a classic of Queen

  • Why do people care that much about "style", i'm only concerned about if it's good or not!

  • Why do people hate this song?

  • it's totally not their style

  • that makes no sence, one of teh reasons theyre so big is because they play every style of music

  • bagay ta

  • state of them two at 1.17 the look as if there saying do u think weve had enough. please clock it wot a vid like little britain

  • please go and give it a rest, freddies gone we mis queen.not like this bull shit u sing about to make urselfs more rich.target africa thats wot these chariteis make money on.we all now the score .

  • shite politcs and to think this country end .england, atleast nelson and winnie and t family r moving next to bri and roger.fuck of with ur pollitics we have got r own .

  • Paul Rodgers still looking gorgeous even though he's already turning 60 on december. Im only 28 and im so inlove with him

  • There's a live version on one of the official 46664 CD's, but there's no official Single of The Call! This song should have been on Cosmos Rocks with Brian on volcals, it ROCKS!!!!

  • Is this available on a CD?

  • nice song... but this isn't a Queen's song... but a Brian's song!

  • It's not a "Queen " song but it's pretty close to the Queen standards

  • i'm not completly agree, i'm sorry XD

  • i'm not completly agree... i'm sorry XD

  • i'm not completly agree with you... i'm sorry XD

  • Go to the one with Queen writen in white on a black background ,plug in your head phones because it is louder and more bombastic.

  • I would like to welcome you back Queen.

  • they are back with the album:the cosmos rocks(2008)

  • This is good, he sounds a bit like Martin Luther king

  • This is such a great song. Bit "preachy" to be on the new album, but would have been good to have a proper release as a B-side or download-only track.

  • ROCK OOOON!! This is really GRRRREAT!;)

  • ROCK OOOON! This really GRRREAT! ;)

  • Should've been on the new album :(

  • I agree. I think they should have taken out Surfs Up for this song ;)

  • Great!

    I like it!

    Very COOL!

    5*!

  • Zavolat a navštívit .. jste na přátele a míjení za návštěvu .. dokonce pozdě :)pokud je to bezpečné

  • Whered u manage to get the studio version of this from man?

This and Reachin out are the two i can never find :(

  • Reaching out is not a song of Queen i thought..?

  • I think it´s a Brian collaboration with Paul Rodgers. The full 1996 (I think) version of the song is on Youtune somewhere.

  • Reaching Out is by Rock Therapy which featured Brian, Roger and Paul.

  • Never thought I'd hear Brian May rapping

  • this song is quite good,

but i rather like the good old freddie mercury instead of paul rodgers, thank god Brian is still singing

  • this is a very strange song, i don't know what to say, but this song is better than time to shine!!

  • Swuurden ferts deer ty in goingla sdertwh

    hamaxsing kweds niuth beems.

  • ...wow. Weird.

I quite like it =) Even if I have no idea what it's about =P Something to do with the state of the world I take it?

Such a shame he and Freddie couldn't sing it together...='(

  • I like it. Pretty impressive they did a song like this just for an occasion.

  • it's incredible how brian & roger composed this song with the sound of 4-6-6-6-4 phone number!

it's a pity to sing in that mode, but the message is very clear. please, everybody helps 46664 in Freddie's remember!

  • LOVE THE SONG! SO MUCH HEAVY ROCK!

  • ha ha. Sounds like chris de burgh

  • Great song- Naprawdę świetna piosenka- Queen nigdy nie umrze!

  • Eeeee, chyba jednak jestem na NIE. ^^

  • i love that song and there is such a good message behind it.

  • CAN DO BETTER, MUST DO BETTER

  • lorenzo, nn hai capito nulla!!

  • Good Lord, this is terrible. The whole "equality" bit sounds like a televangelist screaming with music in the background. I mean, all good ideas, but May/Roger can't come up with anything more creative. Just awful.

  • I'm guessing these are Roger's lyrics? Does anyone know?

I don't think I'd heard this before today, it's a great tune, not quite typical Brian/Roger, but gotta love it for what it means.

  • Powerfull song. Odd i watched the charity programe on tv and don't remember seeing this song performed also ive never heard it before today. Thanks for posting it on here.

  • Amazing

  • This song was meant to make a policital statement; nothing more. So don't blame the boys if it doesn't sound like a Queen song. It wasn't meant to.

  • It's not Queen's greatest song, but the lyrics definitely say what we want to say, but simply can't. It's a message for the politicians, who must stop making rules for the one, and not for all... And there's a tiny though significant message to us - Be Aware! AIDS might catch you...!!!

  • he sings a man with a thin long hand not a tear and a hand....

Good song. But it's Queen and Paul ofcourse it's good.

  • hey, couldn't u tell me when was this song written? plz plz

  • looks kinda dangerous on the first picture

  • New Queen? Fantastic song.

  • Doesn't Roger Look Look Happy In The First Picture?! ;D

  • Thanks, and Roger does that face a lot! :D

  • bella canzone però

  • It is awsome...very touching.

Did Brian write it? because I read somewhere that Roger wrote it...

  • Brian Wrote This Song

    Reply To: April777Lady

  • awesomeee

  • Great orchestration. Brian has done way better singing in his time, though.

  • is this a new song!?very goog!

  • Look at the descrpition. This song is 5 years old and it will not be on a new Queen album. And that's good, because it works the best on it's own, as a charity number, it doesn't really fit as an album song.

  • is this a queen song or a brian may song?

  • Queen

  • This track is fantastic....loved it from the original playing at the 46664 South Africa show.....wonder if a version will surface on the QPR album? Otherwise how can we get a great quality recording....expected more lead guitar work...

  • When They sang it at the first 46664 show Brian ran around holding a mic and his guitar while singing, rare for him.

  • This song rocks whats the matter with people

  • I'd actually rather brian sang it.

  • Just imagine if this was on the new album with paul singing it!!! top drawer!!

  • I LOVE this track!!! It harkens back to the sound that Brian produced on his 1993 Back To The Light Tour, and that was awesome!!

  • in my opinion, this is one of the greatest tracks ever recorded by Queen. love it.

  • i think, queen have all rights of the world to produce a new album. what a rock band would they be, if they wouldn't go on writing new stuff? it's boring to play the same songs year for year, so why don't write new songs. and if there are enough, they can produce a new album. queen isn't really known for staying at the same point for years. so if they have new ideas, let them produce them. that's my opinion.

  • AMAZING, INCREDABLE, SONG

  • and have you changed your mind yet?

  • I like this song! But it's not as great as Say it's not true and Take love.

  • Where did you get this?

  • Yes it is a bit shouty. I've heard of this song but never bothered listening to it. I did the other day and like the music at the beginning but it is shouty and preachy.

  • Is Brian singing or just screaming?

  • A very good song.

  • I don't call it Queen. Queen is the only one, with Brian, Roger, but also with John and Freddie... This is not my favourite Queen group :( You also can call it Smail, 'cause there were only Brian and Roger from Queen. So why nobody do it?

  • cause they worked hard on every queen record, and they wrote a lot of hits, I think they have the right to go on with what they have worked for their hole lives

  • Ok, but because of what they done everyone know who is Roger and Brian, so they could also start with thei surenames. I don't believe that someone who knows Queen dosn't know who is May or Taylor...

  • Ofcourse they can use the Queen name. Think about it. They not only wrote many hits for Queen, but the band are also playing mostly Queen songs at their concerts.

  • it would have been better with Freddie at the mike

  • Epic.

  • Rock On .. Keep It going Mandela...

  • powerful message! great:) thank you DaveRFuller

  • Super!Great!Thanks !

  • Powerful!

  • wonderful. i think that if this will appear on the new album, it will be still arranged, with more boombastic chorus, better vocal line and the rithim guitar more higher than here

  • Ahhh I dont know this song... Thanks Dave!!!! :)

  • finnally a clear version of this song!!!!

  • Queen do always great performances in Nelson Mandela's 46664 concert arrangements. I remeber in 11.06.2005 Brian May played live on 46664 Atlantic in Fyllingen, Tromso, Norway. I watched him on the norwegian TV channel NRK and that was great and awesome to see the Queen music live on stage ever and forever.

  • great

    :)

  • cool! great job R fuller
