Jesus Christ Brian, just stop it with the preaching bullshit. Go back to rocking, man. I miss his old stuff. Hell, even his solo albums were better than this.
It's a great recording, but come on!? Leave this nonsense to Bono.
I don't like the song, but I like the message and I love to hear Brian use his power as musician for such a noble aim. He sounds really angry and I one should ask him, it is a topic he will get angry about in an interview as well.
I'm thankful that there are people like him who know what do to with their power their fans gave to them.
This is a truly powerful song. It is not quite composed in a regular or classic manner, which could make it a turn off to some. Personally I love the message and I found the sound of it very appealing, and Brian's voice was rather sexy

Sorry, i don´t mind what is Brian trying to say. The only thing i want is to hear a good song and i think that this is a real shit. They are lucky to be famous and to know that every song they release is going to be hear by their fans. They are living thank to their past.
Im a south african and the whole concept of the sound of the dialed numbers (Nelson Mandela's prison number bytheway) being used to form the song blew my mind when I saw the live DVD of this.

Typical, laughable, libral clap-trap by a bunch of old hippies. Who are the ones that are going to come up with the "One Law" for everybody? Are they the same ones that want to take the money from the "Rich" countries (the West) through a global tax and give it to the poorer countries (which are run by thugs and dictators)? More socialist/Communist blatherings by some rich people living in Ivory towers! I love Queen but this song just makes me laugh at its naiveté and unrealistic world view.
He never said to take from the rich country to GIVE to the poor country. He said that rich and "powerful" countries like the U.S. and U.K. should not have different laws when dealing with other powers just because they are rich and "powerful". Basically, why should it be different for a country, men, women, and hetero/gays it should be the same for every group when it comes to rights.
The Call is a call to the people of the world to take action.
Anyone who's talking crap about this song are out of their fucking minds! I'm sorry to use bad language here, but it's fucking TRUTH being spoken here!
Brian May is speaking about his country's gov't in here and it just as much describes almost EVERY gov't around the world!
Stand up to the government and do what you KNOW is right! They fuck up your country and YOU are the one to pay for it!
I think Brians emotional input is great but the taste is different. Since english isn´t my language I have to ask what diapason ment. If anyone can explain the word to me i´ll be very thankfull.
