Thanks alot. I now make my bodies out of lexan. I make a mold out of mdf wood then vacuum form lexan over it on my homeade vacuum form machine.  My Camaro is carved out of foam then covered in automotive bondo. The Corvette is also foam covered in bondo. I also used corrigated plastic sign sheets from home depot. Like for sale signs you see in yards. If you have any questions and want some ideas let me know. Its really not that hard to come up with something cool for your car.

Check out "outfrontframes" videos. he races nitros with his baja and beats everything nitro and brushless electric that he races. It also depends on how tricked out your baja is. Stock ones are fast but you can do some sick upgrades to them to make them fast as hell. In top end speeds nitros and electrics will have an advantage. It just depends on what kind of race. Tight tracks are not good for the baja, you need big tracks for the bajas to be happy.

I used sheet aluminum and a jig saw. make a body out of poster board how you like it then lay it down over the sheet metal then cut it out. Then clamp it to a table with a piece of wood over the line and bend it to shape. then just sand the edges smooth. its easy.

I use Tarmac busters on the pavement. They last along time. Well the tread pattern goes fast but when the tire turns into a slick the fun starts. They last forever as slicks. I do endless burnouts and donuts.

thanks. Ive definitly got my moneys worth out of my bajas. Some say the baja is only made for the dirt but I say its perfect for both street and dirt. One thing to say about street driving, your baja doesnt break after one driving session. and with every new body, I got a new car.. its great!!!
