Hey meera I was wondering if there is a difference between the kalakshetra type bharatanatyam and Kerala Style? because it seems to me that you're abhinaya for bharatanatyam would be considered extremely unacceptable to my guru (i know this because i tried this infront of him and he scolded me) and also that the steps and sequence just seem different to what I've seen in the past. I mean no disrespect because I think you're absolutely talented and beautiful ..but I'm just wondering =]

hi meera you are good in classical dance. mohiniyattam is the best one.but i think this one is lacking the apt abhinaya.in the starting it is look like valliis very angry and teasing murukan.whatever it is godess valli should not be over expressive

I did follow the lyrics vs your abinayam, and the moves, absolutely perfect. You are very talented as confirmed by your performance. Anger… because Muruga came to the door and stopped…without entering (he is not a visitor). Smiles because of sweet memories as stated in the lyrics. Your mood swings correlates the lyrics and movement are very smooth and paced according to the music, composition and situation. You must have put lots of effort to make it this good. Thank you

hi meera....i m a g8 fan of u i hv seen almost all videos of ur dance performance....i hv one suggession....i suppose ur guru is a male dancer...i felt that al thru ur performance "his" bodylanguage is coming.....just try and observe ur own dance performance.....bt one plus point is there coz of that ur movements are very brisk and vibrant.....i felt that more of kuchupudi style is coming in.....but i just luv ur dance and hats of to ur guru........his steps are awesome....

It is vibrant to do loud and timed lokadharmi (expressions like everyday women) but you should take care not to look comedic like pantomime artists. Do you think Goddess Valli will pout? :)

Also, like in many other videos, you are not very consistent. Like in pallavi, first anupallavi and charanam you are angry with Lord and in the valagappu anupallavi padartham, you are suddenly all smiley. You keep switching emotional states digitally. try something softer as you get older. best wishes
