What I think Paul will decide to do is this: Withdraw troops from Iraq and South Korea and possibly elsewhere. Since these people volunteered to serve the country, many will likely want to join the National Guard, border patrol, etc. Even if we do use a thousand troops on the border until a high-tech fence is built, we can locate them on Mexico's side because honestly, wtf are they gonna do about it? It's the corrupt Mex. gov't which isn't providing economy for jobs so its their fault.

You should double check your statement! The national guard is on the boarder and can't do anything about boarder crossing except call in the boarder patrol. Before 2006, Posse Comitatus "Prohibited" military actions on U.S. Soil. U.S. Soldiers are "only" trained killers and should not be allowed to operate in the states.
