I think this might be my grandfather's old fire truck. He lived in Bliss NY and was a fireman. He was Fire Chief for some years. The department got new trucks and wanted to get rid of it so my grandfather bought it from them. He drove it in parades in the area and owned it for several years before selling it to someone else who lived locally. No idea what happened to it after that.
Got any still photos of that truck online anywhere? The body on my '29 AA was built by General Fire Apparatus, I'd be interested in comparing the two. What's your top speed? I top out around 30.

I saw this truck on 7/25/2009 at Manassas. Marty & Ginny are our friends. I was really impressed with the quality of this truck.
