This is an intelligent guy, who urgues his positions articulately.He may have been suspected of many corrupt deals, but can somebody tell me if he has been prosecuted. I see that foreign diplomats are now the proponents of 'yes' , that makes me worried because the last time I checked, Kenya was an independent nation, so my opinion is "they should keep off" what do you think?
