I love miranda's character. She is bossy, but it is her way of loving her friend. I need a friend like her. -- Miranda is not always wise, but honest about her mistakes, and always faces them and gets up. Her friends forgive her always. -- In reality, those great women would not need to or even want to sleep around, as if they lacked anything else important. But sex surely makes them look silly and entertaining to so many TV audiences. :)

I think Charlotte's best reaction shot is actually when Miranda first comes over to the table and asks what's going on. And Charlotte just looks up with tears in her eyes. It's a very quick shot before she starts on the whole: "nothing, don't worry" thing, but it's quite moving.
