This tip is lame. It doesn't mention anything about commitment, which is a huge part. How to actually pull into it, any tips for the air. Tips on how to not land on your head.

You obviously want to land it clean but finding out how not to get owned is more important.

yeh, strongly suggest a foam pit, my first 3 attempts into foam i stopped spinning upside down and still hurt my neck in foam, it would have been a disaster at the park, pump with the transition of the ramp and 100% commit!!!

Cheers for tips but ive decidced im guna try the backflip soon (no foam pit, hah shuld be fun) and a common problem seems to be getting hooked up and over the bars on landing...would be grateful for any tips on how to avoid this.
