It's only available for Mac OS X. It comes with the iPhone SDK (free) and it's not controlling an iPhone, it's simulating one.

Nope. It works on EDGE, 3G, or WiFi. Therefore you don't have to be on the same network to do it either. It's pretty cool. I'm a high school student and I don't like to bring my huge MBP to school everyday so I leave it at home and if I need it to email a file or something (Or need to get on FaceBook from school *wink wink*), I can use LogMeIn for my iPhone to do it. It's pretty snazzy.
