Well, we should not remember W.K. only as a painter. Mainly, WK was one of the Bauhaus school's founders, the pioneers of today's architecture and design. Considering this, his fame goes beyond Dali's, despite Salvador being a more complete painter.

@kirohadjiev I agree - what a foolish thing to say. Both talented painters & each onto quite rather a different perspective of things. Calling Kandinsky a (bad) painter is like saying Einstein couldn't add or subtract... many a fool in these forums.
