But when there won`t be any hordes left you`ll need Colonial Ventures for Colonists.After Hordes take Manchu then go for Siberia quickly,before HRE.That`s a good plan,isn`t it? :)

@pufflescpbw He'll focus on grabbing all the land the hordes own first, before the Holy Roman Empire gets any more, then using his colonists for less important things, like colonizing things which make him next to no money.

@Gladiator3996 There are 3 tech groups. Inferior Oriental and Western. Western is the best, with Western Europeans starting there. As the game progresses, more and more countries make the swap from Inferior to Oriental, and many countries make the change from Oriental to Western. Europeans of all kinds are better off than the Muslims, starting in the better group.
