They used to open with this at the Whiskey A GoGo in '72...It was suppose to be on the fourth Lp but the split with the Mankey brothers put the song on hold....with other great tunes such as She's Getting Funnier and We Make Great Pets...man I wish there was demos to those tunes....
I heard a few of their songs a few years ago, but I never listened to Sparks much. I'm glad I am now, though. I definitely hear Mr. Bungle in this song, and a little David Bowie, with so many other influences . . . fabuloso
@fatpizzaman ..suppose it depends a bit where u were, when it came out.. i was in Sweden and there it did come out 77...(no offence, just reminding you guys that we are not all born and bread in America.. ;)
I like girls too, but I don't like this song. I wanted to, but I guess it's just a matter of taste. Ouch!

@BMcbugger It's a matter of taste, and your taste sucks. This song is amazing!

What a track! You can't better this for sheer madness and fun and sillyness.

There's a much better (i.e. "beefier") mix of this same recording on a cheap Sparks compilation called In The Swing.

They made it in England, but not in America.
Matter of taste, I guess.
The drummer is kicking.
The singer out Queened Freedie Mercury.

Big Beat came out in 1976, not 1977. But thanks for posting up this song on here all the same. :)
