u get all the mist fog and smoke when u get the expansion pack: rct3 soaked

Look in the scenery items and only select the blue hat and go down and find fire large , fire small , mist and smoke!

It's called Sepia Tone. Just go to effects in windows movie maker and you'll find it. I added the old film effect over the sepia tone effect to make it look more like old film. :)
