@energygvr Well if the goal is cosmetic then you have to focus on your diet and drop you body fat below 10 percent to lose all the flab.Here is what i will recommend 1) eat atleast 2 grams of protein per kg of your body weight 2) divide your total calorie intake into 6 - 8 small meals per day 3) most important avoid all processed food completely ,you also need to keep changing your workout pattern from time to time,check out workout playlist on my channel

@xuzhaoning24 Hey Nathan how is it goin.......well i do make sure that i eat 6 -7 times a a day and all my meals are protein rich like chicken,cottage cheese,fish,trust me just by doing this you can see a huge improvement in stamina,for muscle recovery then try BCAA and Glutamine...i would only recommend serious mass if your idea is to bulk up.....i personally like a lean body :-)) ....yes there is stetching video ,you can check it out on my channel.....regards raghav
