  • How to get a flat chest ?? I have tried push ups but no good results..

  • @energygvr Well if the goal is cosmetic then you have to focus on your diet and drop you body fat below 10 percent to lose all the flab.Here is what i will recommend 1) eat atleast 2 grams of protein per kg of your body weight 2) divide your total calorie intake into 6 - 8 small meals per day 3) most important avoid all processed food completely ,you also need to keep changing your workout pattern from time to time,check out workout playlist on my channel

  • Hi what do you eat or drink, or should i say diet to keep your muscle just like that after workout? and how do you keep your stamina that long, i also workout here in my room but sadly, my muscle hurts easily after 15counts ;(, my friend told me that i should drink serious mass.. do you have a video of a full body stretching? thanks in advance

  • @xuzhaoning24 Hey Nathan how is it goin.......well i do make sure that i eat 6 -7 times a a day and all my meals are protein rich like chicken,cottage cheese,fish,trust me just by doing this you can see a huge improvement in stamina,for muscle recovery then try BCAA and Glutamine...i would only recommend serious mass if your idea is to bulk up.....i personally like a lean body :-)) ....yes there is stetching video ,you can check it out on my channel.....regards raghav

  • Hi Matt well if i am doing 50 push ups then i am take take rest anywhere from 4-5 minutes ....can take lesser also but then it becomes difficult to complete next 50 at one go ..thanks for watching and check out more body weight videos on my channel.....regards raghav

  • @gag126 Hi Gag 126....you can do this workout two to three times a week.....but make sure that you give ample amount of rest between workout days as your muscles needs time to recuperate and regrow.....also keep your protein high.....
