Didn't work at all before this fix, and while it at least turned on after, I get really crappy sound that spits and burps and pauses with longer silences than moments of chopped up sound.

Oh well.

Author of the fixed kext here. I didn't expect this to be posted to YouTube.

I feel I should mention that the AirPhonesDriver kext is just a modified Soundflower kernel extension; I can explain fully by email if you are interested in the story.
