I gained 30# my first winter in Alaska!!! We moved there from So. Cal so I totally get it! We live in CO now, but, I would move back to AK in a heartbeat. LOVED every minute of the 7 years we lived there!!! Good luck on your journey!!!

There's more sunshine every day heading for spring so that should help you.
Good luck on your hcg journey which is very good for loosing and the fasting seems to help me and others maintain on p3/4.I don't do the 'biomedic supplements' though just fasting.
