This is definitely fan made. Even though the CW symbol in the corner, The rising up in the air is actually Brandon Routh landing in the FOL played in reverse and the flying is also Routh, both shots from Superman Returns.
This is still a GREAT fanmade teaser, very simple, what would we want to see in the finale.

I believe this is fanmade. good but a fanmade. for the simple reason that at :15 and :16 it kinda stutters to give us time to see the face.
