The Federal Reserve is "owned" by members of the Federal Reserve System - who are national banks and state banks - but the only privilege they get from ownership is voting for the directors of Federal Reserve Banks - plus a 6 percent dividend. In the last year or so, I have had my eyes opened to the way our economy and banking really works and have still only begun to scratch the surface. Thanks in part to the knowledge I have received from the likes of 'Campaign for Liberty' to name one organization in particular.
I'm going to check these sites out. I've seen enough about the Federal Reserve Bank over the past few months to wonder if this is true. Thanks for a place to start researching.
