  • @sallylovesanimals Thank you Sally. I hope people that watch this understand that you can't eat half a lunch and make it to dinner! You're just not going to make it that long. You've got to eat the other half as directed in the half meal habit ebook.

  • @claudiagonella Thank you Claudia. Most are selling something as a "quick fix" but I'm pushing the habit of small meals throughout your day. It works!

  • Great idea to immediately cut your meals in half and put the rest away for a later meal. The thing is to make a habit of the practice. The salad recipe looked pretty good too with the feta cheese and cranberries.

  • @LanieAlbq That's why it's called the Half Meal "Habit!" The recipe is GREAT. Don't put dressing on the whole salad or it will get soggy.

  • Thanks Jimmy. I think this would be a good idea when eating out as well, especially since the portions can be too large. Maybe just divide the plate down the middle and plan on a doggie bag.

  • @abqbeach You've hit the nail right on the head! Cut your dining out meals in half the minute it arrives and only eat half.

  • I love this idea!! I tend to eat a few small meals as opposed to three larger meals also. That salad looked good!! :-)

  • @JoanneFromNYC Thanks Joanne. The great thing with the Half Meal Habit is you don't have to actually make three separate meals! So it makes life easier. And yes the salad was very Yum Yum!
