I tried to do a similar fish + bottle glitch in Jabu-Jabu's Belly. Anyway, by throwing Ruto and catching a fish before she landed on this platform at the right time, you could walk around during the cutscene where Ruto gets the Zora Sapphire and the Bigocto comes down. However, I must have done it wrong, because I made the fish somehow transport onto the Zora Sapphire. It was pretty funny when Zora held the stone above her head while the fish was flapping on top of it, though.

You can skip most of the Forest Temple that way. Then again, you might want the bow.

Well, we need to RBA to get the quiver, so we can buy arrows. Light Arrows are their own item, and act as a bow themselves.
