Hi, it's random mate, just keep playing versus, there can only be one tank, boomer and smoker per team you wont be them if someone already is. It's just random! :) You don't pick them.

His health is normal. Most tanks have 4000 to 6000 health depending on the difficulty. Before a update MONTHS ago tank health bars took up that much of the screen. Valve shortened it so it would take up less room.
