I understand what you are trying to say but I don't think there are rules in Flash animation. I like the illustrative style of your "universe" on-line comic, if this were animation, tweening would certainly be the wrong way to tackle it. The style of movie on the other hand, was a deliberate abuse of tweening, relying heavily on this facility.
I watched this instead of the VEVO one, because vevo sucks.
