  • Coconutbutter contains lots of saturated fat, which is really bad for your health. It is the same sort of fat, as you find in animal products...

  • man forget the food. look how beautiful this woman. man if she was my age she will be all mine in the kicken. but she is older enough to be my moms

  • Yogurt is quite healthy if local and you know for sure that the cows/goats are being fed and treated right which is VERY rare these days. I know for me Ill totally eat regular yogurt but I need to see the happy cows to believe it. Im not bought by ads on T.V

  • that was a waste of time

  • nothing else??

  • Why post a video if you're not going to share the recipe?????????????????

  • Excuse me, yogurt? That is not yogurt and what ''research'' plain unsweetened yogurt is very good for you I even use it in my skin, heck if you get diarrhea there's nothing better for your intestines and to be honest you look like you're on the verge of death, your arms make you look like smeagol, you're not fooling anyone, you want steak just as much as me

Again I repeat that is not yogurt, that is juice and coconut butter calling it yogurt does not make it yogurt

    I facepalm at your videos

  • @Kokirifae your steak comment was rude. This is an alternative to yoghurt, and it is easier to identify this thing as yoghurt because we would use it the same as most people use regular dairy yoghurt.

  • @lusterwings

    Rude? Yes

    The truth? Yes

It's not anywhere near yogurt you can't call it an alternative

Id rather be rude than ignorant like that woman, rambling on about ''studies'' without anything to back her nutritional delusions

  • Kind of odd to call it "yogurt" - could called a yogurt alternative for vegans. I imagine that most of the folks searching for yogurt are looking for a fermented food with probiotics in it, not just something to replace the texture of yogurt in a recipe.

Ex.) If you're on antibiotics to kill an infection, your doctor might insist you eat something cultured/fermented to replace the beneficial bacteria in your intestines that will also be killed.

There are other fermented foods to use instead.

  • recipe?

    no?

    ok

  • @deadlyorgans That would make sense wouldn't it?! But every time I never find it. Denise let making web vids to the professionals. Just stick to cooking.

  • See the video which I have provided the link for here for anyone who really likes to Agave, especially significantly - can't seem to post link - SEARCH FOR THE FOLLOWING IN YOU TUBE: "Dr. Mercola on Agave, Soy and Vaccines #535"

Important to know I think, especially for those of us who may be doing raw food diet or trying it out b/c many may resort to this Agave on a significant level as a sweetener in many things.

  • very time consuming arrrrgh

  • using coconut butter is WAY different than using fresh coconut water/flesh. Coconut butter is super rich and gives a rich, fatty texture.

  • there is a video before it

  • @untoherself And another video before that! None fully explain the recipe, as others have complained about.

  • this looks difficult to make

  • OKAY I GET IT NOW! :) (i think)... this video is just teaching you to add cocobutter and agave. it's not a recipe for making raw yogurt. just the idea of adding those two ingredients. in that context it makes sense.

  • This is great but I need an actual recipe sweetheart...anyway you can post one for us. I would be most grateful....Thanx a bunch!

  • hmm maybe we have to go to expertvillage . com to view the whole video in order?

  • When you watch this kind of video it will not waste your time for it gives valuable info. Thanks and watch my video :D

  • Where is the recipe? Where is the first part of the show? What's missing here?

  • where you scraping pieces of the spoon in there for the nutritional value or

  • Fuck this video with the commerical.

eHow = eHow to make money

  • That kitchen needs a serious make over.....very brady looking !....if you know what I mean.

  • Why would you post a recipe video starting halfway through the recipe? This is not helpful.

  • @lori598 horrible presenter

  • @ expert village they are never clear, I have no idea why they trash you tube so much.

  • What are you making? This isn't clear at all.

  • She wasn't very articulate and rambled on and on and I haven't got any idea what she prepared. I guess it was some kind of yougurt though not dairy and with some kind of coconut additive. Not much help at all. Expert vllage dominated these vids yet they seem kinda like a money gimmick.

  • you're so thin..and i'm sure you are underwieght..

people need fats too..healthy diet is a balanced diet meaning there are go, grow, and glow foods in your meal..

  • don't really know what is she making ... not clear ...

  • holllldddddddd on whats wrong with animal fats? eg yogurt? iv been having a pro biotic yogurt to start off my day everyday for the past year i did not realize it was bad? you need calcium in your diet or you will have a calcium deficency and be more prone to diseased like osteoporosis and mbd no?specially children who have not got it in their diet weak bones very fragile not healthy

  • This looks yum. Wonder what she looked like before raw.

    WhereDoYouGetYourProtein.

    blogspot.

    com

  • Thumbs down to Agave? Agave is fabulous! I have used it for years and it has replaced about 90% of the sweeteners I use for everything. It does not cause the same blood sugar spice as white sugar and tastes great. Not sure why you're down on it???

  • She looks malnourished....

  • yeah she does now that you said that. she doesn't look healthy.

  • lolll

  • Why all the objection? All I wished was that she had a little joy in her life. Seems there are a lot of wretchedly sober, sexualiy frustrated food fascists out there. If you are going to thumbs down me, at least say why, otherwise refrain from expressing your opinion on my opinion.

  • Please post the recipie !I agree 100 percent with the raw principal, most people sometimes go days without eating raw foods!a couple just across the way from me take their kids to Macdonalds every day for breakfast!how messed up is that!those kids will grow up thinking that "crap"is the normal thing for breakfast and other meals!Oh finally I think your a little "Honey" :)

  • Use proper grammar, please!

  • Would you post the recipe.

    Thanks

  • Sorry, that sounds disgusting.

  • how do you get raw yogurt in a raw diet? if you plant a yogurt do you get a yogurt tree. it comes from a cow! watch video on mutant milk and you will see how good this recipe really is for you. good luck on your search for a real healthy breakfast. like a green smooooooooooothie.

  • i agree with you on the absolutely appauling effects of dairy on the body but this is raw vegan thats the point

  • did you even watch the clip?? there is no dairy in her coconut "yogurt? If you plant a coconut, do you get a coconut tree? green smoothies are great, but some people might like a little variety.

  • this comment was a response to "spiralupward" who thought the yogurt was made from cow's milk. thank you for your recipe.

  • Can you eat cereal on a raw diet?

  • if its raw, but other wise of course you can eat anything while you're on the diet....i recommened always having a few healthier 'cheat food' mine include organic tortilla chips....

  • you can put raw nuts and grains in a bowl and call it cereal i guess. or make your own?

  • um a longer video would be soo helpful... i keep getting lost finding the next video

  • we learned

  • i thought it was just me who thought that. i agree

  • damn ur mean as fuck!

  • Theres nothing wrong with yogurt! I eat fat free plain yogurt every morning and i have amazing digestion and a flat tummy! You can't call ground nuts and coconut butter YOGURT.

  • i love raw food... could someone from this planet actually post a recipe? what did i learn from this video?!? ....uh....

  • @caseyforever you dont need a recipe for raw food dumb ass

  • @ricer59 uh.... my ass is brilliant. and you know, raw food, often more than any other type of food is unforgiving to wrong proportions... but my point was SHE DOESN'T EVEN TELL YOU WHAT'S IN THE BOWL. hahahah, she's adding coconut butter and agave to what? it's pretty silly video eh? i've been eating raw food for 15 years (not all raw) they close up the bowl and you're like... uh where'd that stuff all come from? this seems like a "part 2" of a recipe. this vid is just 'sweetening' it i guess.

  • @ricer59 go away! Look at the responses made by other people regarding her recipe.

  • that looks like coocnut OIL in the beginning...coconut butter looks like butter and is not sold in a jar...?

  • no coconut butter is solid, you have to heat it up for it to soften.

  • I can never fully trust anything expertvillage puts on youtube

  • sick!

  • she is awful

  • Is she on drugs ?

Drugs are not part of a healthy diet.

  • AND.......WHERE'S THE RECIPE?????

  • Ditto.

  • ditto.

  • ??? Where is the recipe ???

  • wtf
