@MarchinSC Melissa was TAKEN by her mother. How is a small child gonna decide either way? There are international laws that govern things such as parents taking children out of the country w/o prior consent. Sadly, they are rarely enforced and parents, mostly fathers, have to spend their live savings to get their children back. This is shameful.

What is shameful is that grown men and women have children, mistreat each other and turn their children into property! Usually men like this guy marry women from another country and thinks he can control her by threatening to take her child. The woman flees to her homeland out of fear and to be with her family! Who can blame her?

The court in Brazil wants to listen to the boy, but Goldman layer has stopped this process before it happen. The kid desire will be respected.

@andreigurgel This is ridiculous! David Goldman is Sean's FATHER who loves his son to death. His stepfather has no rightful claim to Sean whatsoever. Unfortunately, he is a lawyer who has a ton of money and knows how to manipulate the law in Brazil. The fact that this has gone on for this long and a father has to go thru legal hell to get his biological son back is pathetic and inexcusable.
