Tight clothing was not originally designed for women in the late eighteenth century the "dandy" look became popular and dignified men wore tighter clothing (even male corsets) to show off their physiques meanwhile the Rococo fashion for women was still the conservative (more covered and draped) and sometimes polonaise look (milk maid) look.

I just wanted to comment and say that you have good points, but just one thing that I caught. Tight clothing was not originally designed for women in the late eighteenth century the "dandy" look became popular and dignified men wore tighter clothing (even male corsets) to show off their physiques meanwhile the Rococo fashion for women was still the conservative (more covered and draped) and sometimes polonaise look (milk maid) look.
So fashion just repeats and social norms change as well.

The rate of teen and unwed births does not equate to how promiscuous the women of a race are. We also use more public clinics, so our HIV/STD/pregnancy rates are recorded at higher rates as opposed to whites who generally use private doctors and maintain their privacy. People in general need better sex education and more people need to practice abstinence.

Just a question to throw out there because I don't believe the statistics about AIDS in the black community. I live in a predominantly large black community and I know NO ONE with aids.
