I saw Bon Jovi at that place in May, it was a great show but Richie should've been there. That place is a great arena for rock & roll concerts, and it is a perfect spot for KISS, KISS has to play there when they tour next year, please make it happen.

I am looking to hear from people that have BEEN to the new arena. I've been to the old one twice and both times, the seats were TIGHT and really close to the people next to you, shoulders touching kind of thing. Is the new one better about personal space?

I just took a new job that is two blocks from there, should be interesting trying to get through the traffic on game nights. Very nice looking place though.

WHY the heck did Orlando need a new arena anyway? Wasn't the "old" one ONLY 20 years old ? Talk about reckless abandonenment and being spoiled.

@indyfan22k The old arena was old and couldn't support any concerts or events other than basketball. It was also severly outdated since the day it was opened.

@indyfan22k Dude are you on drugs? The new arena was needed to bring more revenue to Orlando. A lot of big time shows would bipass Orlando & go to Cities like Tampa & Miami. We need the new building in order to revitalize downtown to make Orlando a more big name city
