how long did you have vertigo, I have it for days at a time where if I turn one side of my head to the opposite way the whole world spins and my brain shakes and shifts, then it just goes away but always comes back again! This last time was so bad I was sitting in the bathroom and thought I'd die right there from a brain aneurysm. I don't have insurance or a Dr so have been just avoiding ( trying to) alcohol and sugar, also yoga but am afraid it will bring up my vertigo again.
@JanuaryG1rl also avoid caffeine and stress. I get it sometimes for 3 days, when I get it I have to lay down the whole time I have it cause I get super motion sickness. If I lay down and turn my head one way the spinning stops if I turn it the other way the room starts spinning this usually reassures me that it is my inner ear not an aneurysm. Search youtube for the Epley maneuver, it works, I can sometimes make the vertigo stop within a few minutes instead of days.
