Good footage - amazing how stable it sits and how gently it handles being bounced a little by the swell or wake or whatever it was riding.

Probably feels pretty wild in the boat but it looked almost serene for that hull and set-up - looked very safe to me, well, safer than I thought it would.

not faster than a hydroplane, in New Zealand we have Grand Prix hrdros hitting 320 km/h and drag boats doing the quarter mile in around 4.5 seconds
