@TheWaddledont I don't exactly like using samples. Sure, it makes for a more accurate port, but using samples just for the sake of using them...
Kind of defeats the purpose, in my view.
I believe that the best ports make the best use of what the default samples provide. Oh well. I'll just do what I do, and everyone else will do what they want to do.
@wilysmachine So many people are picky about their distortion guitar. I honestly think it sounds fine in that part, but I'll try to tweak it.
And there's also been cases where I've heard a port that supposedly uses @17 in a "good" way, when it completely conflicts with the rest of the instruments use, overpowering them all and making it sound like a mess.

Hey RTL I have an Air Man tribute level in my hack. Any chance I could get the latest version of this for it?

Do you do this by ear?

Weird thing about the distortion guitar you used:
It has this odd resonance that, except at high notes, it sounds probably half an octave off.

Whats cool is that I just found a sample pack that replaces the distortion guitar with a megaman x guitar

I love how the distortion guitar comes in and that part from 0:32 to 0:43 sounds top notch. But from 0:44 to 0:53 sound really weird.

Of course, I am not a musical expert, so yeah.
