  • Can this be used for non-logged in users ?

  • please help me im beginner. how can i connect context editor to localhost?

  • @mamamaw135 You dont really connect context editor in localhost, What you do is basicly just save your files from context in your localhost

  • i have no idea what you are doing

  • hmm

  • hey alex please i want to know how i can make the email combination,,,or like i want to Determine the combination of the birthdate like "11.11.2011" ,, if the user enter a " 11/11/2011" i want to say " birthdate error please enter a right date" and sure im shwoing an exaple for the user how to enter the date...

  • Damn you're good ...

  • why the article_likes in the articles table? This doesn't make sense. You could get this data using a query. This data is redundant.

  • You can edit elements when you inspect them in chrome? I never knew that! Sweet

    This seems interesting!

I'm curious tho, what are the articles "the cookie monster?" and "flash fights back" about? Are they online anywhere?

  • Wouldnt it be better to have an if else for like/unlike instead of keeping the like and putting a warning if u like it? Anyways, thanks for this I will be watching just to see how you do this :)

  • Excellent..Please keep on with advanced tutorials..

  • Is this because of my request? :-)

  • Alex, i have a suggestion: put Next and Previous buttons on your multi-part videos so we can more easily find the next parts.

  • @TheRealGeriBoss I was ganna suggest that b4 but I thought Ide get dissed...maybe I shoulda said something :P

  • @TheRealGeriBoss That would make everything pretty much complete. Love the tutorials.

  • @TheRealGeriBoss If you go to the phpacademy YouTube page and then videos you can select to play the "Create a 'Like' Button" playlist. Then just turn autoplay on or click your way through the videos in the navigation at the bottom, really good feature for these kinds of tutorials to keep yourself on track :)

  • @TheRealGeriBoss

Can you play videos from playlist? if you can youtube already has that

  • Thanks so much Alex

  • Can you please make a file upload progress bar tutorial :D

  • @NextEdits This would be easy as all you need is a text field with no change set and input "l''s into it. Creates a nice loading bar

  • @TheTechOnline You can use the jQuery progress bar plugin as he's demonstrated in his tutorial for TheNewBoston as a REAL loading bar, I just need to know how to get the temp size compared to the actual file size to get the actual upload progress.

  • @NextEdits "The temp size compared to the actual file size": The two sizes should be the same, surely? In which case you could just use the "size" index?

  • pretty sweet, I always use Notepad++ for web development too

  • HI ALEX FROM PHPACADEMY.
