  • 3:37 those people should get their money back for the ticket

  • I just realizes that the Doc Ock actor is the same guy from the beginning of Raiders of the Lost Ark.

  • nic.

  • 1:41

Dam that was sick as hell!

  • i dont care what any one says NO COMIC BOOK MOVIE WILL EVERRRRRR BEAT SPIDER MAN 2(AND THE DARK KNIGHT) and i still want spider man 4

  • The new Spidey movie this summer is going to have to work VERY hard to surpass this.

  • @ImmortalfireTheMod I think the reboot is gonna be awesome! Andrew Garfield playing spiderman was perfect casting! :D

  • how is this exended

  • @megagangster321 The sequence between 02:50 and 03:32 was not in the original release.

  • I don't care what people say of the Spider-Man trilogy. They were good movies. However, their is plenty of room for improvement. Also, the things they got right they executed them very well.

  • 3:53 octavious has got hisself a nice & tiday hair cut..lolzzzz

  • @2010rizi Hisself?

  • FUCK YEAH! :D

  • i Must agree, this fight scene is without a doubt the best in any comicbook movie to date.

  • spiderman gets his ass kicked several times xd

  • 1:09 WTF?!!??!? Where did spiderman shoot the webs?

  • @theninjaoffury He attached 2 web lines to the front of octavious, and pulled him off the building

  • @theninjaoffury His writs like he always does.............

  • The "What the hell?!" guy at 1:23, is the one who played Jake (Bobby Joe's boyfriend) in Evil Dead 2.

  • @hindd95 Well the director of this movie is the same as the evil dead series, so that was probably on purpose.

  • @Mcmadness288 Exactly. Actually, he always finds a way to put some of his old friends in his new movies. That's cool.

  • What has not been cut 2:51 and 1:59?

  • @bakuchiku2000 Yes. Those parts weren't in the theatrical release.

  • The only thing about this otherwise-sublime sequence that always nags at me is how Doc Ock--a NORMAL guy, aside from the mechanical arms--gets punched repeatedly by a guy as powerful as Spider-Man yet doesn't get knocked unconscious. Come ON.

  • @SirWilly77 i kno ive been wondering the same thing haha

  • @SirWilly77 Because Spider-Man pulls his punches. It's stated in the comics numerous times.

  • @iamspid3rman But there has to be a little gap in between 'tap on the chin' and 'punching his head off his shoulders.' If a boxer can knock someone down and out with a punch, Spider-Man must be able to surely?

  • @SirWilly77 @dmravi13 Well, seeing as the arms took over most of his conscience, they evidently will him on to keep fighting, along with unhealthy doses of adrenaline (a bit like someone who fractures his left leg, yet keeps playing a rugby game ;) )

  • 1:38 HURRR AHH!

  • Fuck yeah! I love that annotation at 3:28

  • I like Spiderman in this movie a lot because he kicked ass instead of getting his ass kicked like in the first movie.

  • this is not live action movie, this is cgi....puss in boots is better

  • This part of the movie was shot in Chicago

  • I know spider-man could make the fall onto the train, but how did dr. octopus not die when he landed on the train?! I mean he doesn't have any super powers!

  • @hkaarsenal he landed on his robot tentacle things

  • My fav scene!

  • I'm very like this scene :D

  • wow i just watched this movie on FX a few hours back and it was awesome :D

  • watched the new trailer of the amazing spiderman, than I had to watch this again. Tobey is the best spidy ever. no one above, no one beside!

  • I really don't see how any spider-man reboot can better this.

  • @hotjack man, I want kiss you 4 what you have say! Lol

  • at 0:48 notice how the buildings in the center are moving fast, but the ones on the right side are stationary, someone messed up big time in editing

  • DOCTORANAGOCTOPUS BLAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  • IMA FIRIN MA LAZAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • @Kilox1000 Don't get me wrong, I love Batman. He closely follows Spider-Man for me. Batman certainly fares better than any comic book hero in the games and movies. The Dark Knight is one of my favourite movies, and Arkham City, one of my favorite games. I just like Spider-Man a little more. To each his own, I guess.

  • @ZACKFAIR1205 I can respect that. I always loved spiderman but batman is by far my favorite hero. iron man or flash would probably be second. but spiderman is up there. I just think batman represents everything a real hero should be and his story is so much more believable than any other heroes. I also love his personality and how he hadnles everything. kind of the opposite way of peter parker ha.

  • @Kilox1000 Thanks for being open-minded, and respecting my opinion even though you don't quite share it! But yeah, Spidey and Bats are my two favourite comic book characters because their human sides are characterized so well. But I personally believe that Spider-Man does this the best. You know that quote, "integrity is doing the right thing even if nobody is watching?" I think that defines Spider-Man. He is hated by most everyone, yet continues to fight simply because he knows it's right....

  • @Kilox1000 [cont'd] People that say that Superman represents "all that is good" are entitled to their opinion, but I respectfully disagree. While he is undeniably a good person, it's easy to be a hero when everyone pats you on the back/rewards you for it, AND you're practically invincible. Metropolis IDOLIZES him. In contrast, New York HATES Spider-Man. Spidey makes the TRUE sacrifices in the end - his own happiness. His job, relationships, a home, reputation, etc, all for the "greater good."

  • @ZACKFAIR1205 yet thats all well and good for superman, but batman is hated by gotham half the time to. remember?

"Because he's the hero that Gotham deserves, but not the one it needs right now... and so we'll hunt him... because he can take it... because he's not a hero... he's a silent guardian, a watchful protector... a Dark Knight..."

he's a perfectionist he pretty much dedicates his life to fighting crime and he does it all without superpowers. now that's a hero.

  • @Kilox1000 True, but he's never in danger of going broke, now, is he? :P You quote Gordon from one of my favourite movies. :) But in general, in the Batman mythos, Bats is at least accepted by Gordon, and since he's the Commissioner, that's a lot of support to have. Even amongst his super-powered "brethren," Spidey is typically feared, hated and spurned by society, moreso than Batman. Though I admit, Bruce had to watch his parents die in front of him; he's had it worse psychologically.

  • @ZACKFAIR1205 well even though I'm a batman fan I still might say parker has it worse physchologically since he actually LET his uncles killer past him when he could of stopped him. I mean thats pretty harsh. I'd call them even in that department. Bruce was raised by Alfred as a lonely rich boy.

  • the best of the trilogie

  • 3:22 Surviving and full on train collision and jumping right back into a fight, LIKE A BOSS.

  • @soulessphilosopher that reminds me, I have a Spidey shirt that says "Spidey Saves The Day LIKE A BOSS"

    and yes, it's officially licensed.

  • @soulessphilosopher Damn right

  • this is how long a boss fight should be. None of this 10 seconds then Mickey Rourke is blown up crap.

  • That throw at 0:57 was just bad-ass!!!!!

  • @TheForceOfMusic101 The power behind it was immense.

Seriously, this and Spider-man 1 were awesome films. No matter how good, or bad, the reboot is, these films will always remain amazing.

  • spider man 34

  • 3:45 super wedgie

  • 3.45 super wedgie

  • no denial. so far this is the greatest fight scene EVER in comicbook movie history

  • @kham2914 no what about dark knight

  • @ZenonXBL TDK had not fight scenes that were cool......

  • Best movie quotes ever.

ah, ugh, waaaaaaa, yaaaaaaaa, cough, waaaaaa, ugh....... 3 minutes later: "you have a train to catch".

  • i remember seeing this when i was 14 in theaters. greatest thing i ever saw in my life. and now they have to friggin remake the series. it was so good the way it was :(. even though spiderman 3 kinda fell below my expectations

  • Truly Amazing. This is what makes me Fan....Love it.

  • I don't know why but the shot at 0:52 gives me an awesome feeling.

  • 1.23 "What The Hell?" LOL

  • He should have at least been knocked out by that train

  • 0:23 i wonder where his web sticks on...

  • Spider-man is pretty strong I wonder if he was pulling his punches when he was fightinh Dock Ock?

  • 3:09 to3:27 EPIC that was awesome!

  • And then they replace this movie series with some crappy reboot.

And what the fuck is with the reboot? Peter goes to a lab himself and gets bitten by a spider.

    Not following the original storyline.

This is one of the reasons i fucking hate movies these days.

    Directors are idiots.

  • @Goexas3211

    1) Spider-Man 3 was god-awful

    2) Sam Raimi stepped down as director

    3) The storyline was going NOWHERE. Peter had all become a crying whiny bitch and MJ was just as annoying. Their romance had devolved immensely from SM2.

    4) Every major person was killed off, and some poor choices for villains were beginning to be made.

In short, it was getting very shitty. They needed a reboot to set things straight. Garfield is a great actor and Webb is an awesome director. Give em a chance.

  • @checkmate3010 I'll give them a chance... if they follow the actual Spiderman storyline, and if they give me a fight scene like this.

  • 3:24 yh I know spiderman is way way way way more durable than average ppl but he should have at least I dunno stayed down for a few Secks of course he could of hancocked it...

  • @liham1000 No way, that wouldn't be anywhere near as epic!

  • 3:28 awesome! that was the kick ass part Of this scene!! :D

  • Comment removed

  • Why is pink panther there? -->

  • 3:27 EPIC!!

  • 2:51 a 3:28 essa parte eu nunca tinha visto no DVD

  • Someone on that train definitely should have considered pressing the emergency breaks

  • 2:44 Like a Boss

  • hl2 music at the end :D

  • wooow!! why did Raimi cut it? I love it

  • Dark Knight was a great movie, but I will go to the grave with the argument that this was the best comic book movie ever made

  • @LartonRou32 Yeah but you go to agree the best story told was superman

  • Comment removed

  • I still cannot believe they are rebooting it. Sure Spiderman 3 wasn't the best, but Tobey Maguire will always be the best Spiderman I have grown to love. I'm also sure Garfield can't top his superior acting skill-set.

  • @greenlanternslight95 I respect what you have to say but, please tell me you have seen the new trailer and don't have the same opinion you had a week ago. The Amazing Spider-Man movie is looking incredible and maybe you'll have to reconsider the part where you wrote ''Garfield can't top his acting skill-set''..as far as I can see with the new recent trailer Garfield has shocked all the people who have doubted him being Spider-Man. :D

  • 0:24 what is he swinging from ?!

  • SSSIIIIICCCCCKKKKK :D

  • 3:22 MOTHER OF GOD how did he survive that!?

  • spider-man 3 doesn't deserve the bashing it gets. i think i like it almost as much as 2, and i love spider-man 2 to death. granted, there are some absolutely RIDICULOUS moments, and embarrassing parts in the movie, but overall it's not BAD and definitely not horrible. a lot of people complain about venom not having enough screen time, but personally i thought venom was handled fine. i think 3 was lacking in the character development of sandman more than anything.

  • I disagree I think the greatest Superhero movie ever made is Brad Birds/Pixar THE INCREDIBLES, it's the perfect Superhero film and also the perfect family film.

But The Avengers Might just top it.

Spiderman 2 is great but the movie drags in some spots and I got tired of the constandt MJ/Peter love stuff but it was worse in Spiderman 3 and Spiderman 3 is one of the worst movies ever made period.

  • @FictionFanboy Incredibles wasn't perfect Elastigirl wraped around a roof rack to hold RV to a rocket blasting off into the air, a roof rack will only hold about 100 lbs not the weight of an RV.

  • im glad they took out the getting hit by a train part, that is ridiculous haha. great movie though, this is the best fight scene in any superhero movie.

  • Oh, not only that but how did I get from the amazing world of gumball to this....

  • What the heck is up there? ......DOCTOR OCTAGONAPUS (punch) OH MY (punch) GOD (punch) (BOOOOOM!)

  • @captnavenger It's because Spider-Man is the best superhero ever created.

  • @ZACKFAIR1205

The films didn't do him justice.

They should have got Christopher Nolan to direct them.. with a much better cast

  • @TheManOfRash How didn't they do him justice? I'm afraid I have to disagree. While Spider-Man 3 was not good, this movie did a great job capturing the elements that makes Spider-Man endearing: his relatable HUMAN side. It focused on Peter as the down-on-his-luck young man. The only thing they missed was his joking (something the Amazing Spider-Man looks to fix). But yes, you're right about Nolan, that man's touch blesses a movie with awesomeness. He could make practically ANY movie good.

  • @ZACKFAIR1205

It's got too much of that cheesy Americaness and bad acting. Hell Tobey Magure redeemed himself slightly in no.3, but he didn't have that cocky edge to him that Spiderman has. Kirsten Dunst is probably the worst person for Mary Jane ever. I could write a novel on why she was so bad. And for the big budget, the special effects were pretty poor. I can't even watch the first Spiderman anymore, it's just so American..

  • @ZACKFAIR1205 of course not thats definitley batman

  • EPICLY AWESOME

  • There is no comparison to batman and spider man, they are both cool characters in thier own way and have excellent movies, (Excluding Shmaucer's last Bat film) But truthfuly there really is no perfect super hero movie! People are always gonna make slight changes to the stories and characters.

  • 1:56 Logic = fucked

  • Comment removed

  • I see why they cut him getting hit by a train, but it was still really cool

  • 2:32 what was Doc Ock standing on?

  • @iKillerZombie

He was standing on his arms, which were grabbing the train below the window... or something.

  • 1:39-- how exactly did Doc Ock see that overpass coming? Spidey was facing it, but by all rights Octavius should've gotten his head knocked off.

Also, I'll agree with the general sentiment that this film is the best in the series and one of the best superhero flicks out there. The villain makes the film, and Alfred Molina gave an absolutely stellar performance (as did Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight).

  • @MrKnowitall94 Doc can also see through his arms, that's most likely how he knew

  • Comment removed

  • Can we all just agree that both the Dark Knight and Spiderman 2 are at the top of the superhero genre. I think it just comes down to what kind of movie you want to watch. You want to watch something uplifting that will make you teary eyed? Spiderman. You want something trilling and pushes all of the characters over the emotional edge? Batman. Regardless though, both are legit classics in my book.Too bad the Avengers movies are plain exercises in coolness and not emotional content.

  • @jiopa You OWNED all comments man.

  • @peterpartu1991 I only call it like I see it. And try to be open-minded.

  • @jiopa WTF? I was telling that i support your oppinion, i dont know what you understood.

  • @peterpartu1991 Yeap.I got what you meant. I wasn't picking a fight.

  • @captnavenger I love Spider-Man just as much as I love Batman. So I have to say that The Dark Knight competes with this film highly. Mainly due to Ledgers awesome performance as the Joker.

  • @Wordsmith012 but tdk action scenes are crap, it doesn´t have cgi,

  • @julianzolo Best Action scenes wouldn't necesarily need cgi they could speed up playback for fast action. I haven't seen TDK yet however so can't comment on it I did like Batman begins.

  • Where the hell did he web to at 0:24 ?

Later shots show no building over there...

    <_<

  • Probably the best fight scene in the entire trilogy

  • first 15 seconds=epic!

  • Comment removed

  • @xXToXicAddictXx the whole scene was epic! including the parts that was not posted lol.

  • can anyone say what is extended in this clip.sorry havent seen the film yet

  • I love this fight scene. There isn't an overabundance of that slow-down/speed-up crap that was omnipresent in Wolverine: Origins. As a movie, it was pretty good even though it made up storylines about John Jameson and Mary Jane.

  • the part when spiderman sling shots the clock hand up at him is an epic move. well, almost epic, since he missed. lol

  • 3:27 What was epic? Spidey getting hit by a train or him recovering from it like it didn't happen?

  • surely dark knight has got to be up there?

  • 2:44 ..........beautiful

  • i miss the old spider man i cant believe stanly is making a barnd new version of the first one soyy stanly but bad idea

  • I miss Tobey Macguire... :(

  • Screw the boring Nolan, Bale Batman bullshit. I will take the Raimi, Maguire Spiderman franchise over that overrated bullshit anyday and FU to the studio for not giving us Spiderman 4 instead of the unnecessary, reboot crap.

  • @videozfann

ok chill the nolan movies were excellent dont just down grade them because u prefer this spiderman 2 was definately well made but u cant really compare the two like that

  • @Italiansrockoutloud Chill? Who the hell asked you? The boring Nolan movies excellent? They suck! This movie is better than those overrated movies put together. Bale sucks as Batman. Can't compare? I just did. I gave an opinion, take it or leave it.

  • Cool fight!!

  • WTF happens at 1:41?

  • @hajnal94 thanks alot you screwed up my pc

  • bt the stunts are by Jöhnny Tri Nguyen :) he is the real super hero!!!

  • good scenes

  • they should have put that part where he got hit by the train in the movie

  • @packerfan748 Leave him getting hit by train out of the movie he's not Superman you Know, also part where he tries to stop train with his feet was stupid could have fixed the gear or the brake or broke the engine to stop it.

  • @hydrolito Seriously get a life the comments section is flooded by you! the train part was insane and should never have been taken out.

  • @FunkyPajamaMan wow u notice that. man u are really smart. its a COMIC movie. this things doesnt need an explanation

  • @recycly When a comic becomes a movie, there needs to be an explanation. You can escape stuff in comics but not movies. That is the difference between comics and movies.

  • The thing that always bothered me is how spiderman never made little jokes when he fought in these movies.

  • If the Amazing Spider-man does good, then we have another great spider-man movie. but if it doesn't, well, we always have the first three movies (or at least two of them). so its sort of a win win on both sides.

  • Thumbs if it's 2012 but still watch his and hate the new Spider-man's actor!

  • @Alifexable Can't love or hate acting of new Spiderman movie actor until I see it.

  • Spider-man 2 is BEST CBM EVER!

  • Can anybody compare to Spiderman in terms of pure skill and epicness?

  • lol you use Half-Life 2 music in your spiderman videos credits, lol o_O

  • and then on 3:48

They always try to make the boy screams manly.

Never works. it always sounds like they're singing cowboy style.

  • 2:43

did anyone else see the birdies?

the two birdies in the background!

    -_-

  • ... Oh, I always love the Train Scenes. Those fights can always be identified as epic!

    XD

  • AMAZING!!!

  • The cool thing about spiderman is that he made his own costume idk if there's any other superhero that made their costume ... Btw it's epic how he passes thru those small cracks on the bridge

  • what's the song used at the end??? please tell us. it's cool!

  • It's not that the Nolan/Bale Batflicks aren't excellent. They are. It's just that Spider-Man 2 is everything a superhero movie was ever meant to be. It isn't just a great superhero or comic book movie. It's a great movie, period. And the train sequence, long or short, is probably the greatest superhero moment filmed.

Spider-Man 2 is easily the best superhero film ever made.

  • @captnavenger thats EXACTLY what ive been trying to say :D

  • @captnavenger And then Iron Man was released

  • @ZketchGeek Iron Man was a thoroughly entertaining film, with the perfectly cast Robert Downey Jr. But IMO, it was far from the greatest of superhero films. It lacked that quality that The Dark Knight and Spider-Man 2. The Joker and Doc Ock were very well developed/characterized villains; Obidiah, not very much. Similarly, the movies captured the human qualities to Bruce and Peter (which makes them interesting) more than Tony's conscience over his weapons did. Still, Iron Man was great fun.

  • @captnavenger Spider-Man definitely is the best superhero movie out there...because it's so realistic and the movies really show what Spider-Man can do..by that I mean all those backflips, jumping around..He really moves like a spider...for example at 2:09 =)..and I love the story of this movie..I would've enjoy this movie even without the fight scenes =)
