The Syclone was a true terror in its day. A turbo 4.3 vortec running all wheel drive was a force to be reckoned with.

That's a '98-'02 E55. It's not the faster '03+ model which would have been about even or quicker than this modded Syclone. That Sy is not stock because in stock form Sy's run the quarter in 13.0 - 13.4 seconds, not 12.4.

Syclone 0-60 is 4.2 seconds, so it definitely runs 12's stock...

If you want an easy comparison, the new GT mustangs are 4.9 sec 0-60 and run high 12's, so why not a 2900 lb truck with AWD?

Again, he's not stock.  See the video titled GMC Sycloon 4.3 V6 Turbo Vs. Mercedes S 600 Brabus Drag Race. This same Syclone trapped 123mph which is way above stock. I used to own a Typhoon which was only 3/10's slower to 60 than a Syclone and I can tell you one stock Sy getting into 12's doesn't give all other Sy owners the right to claim they are into the 12's.
