They are indeed huge! The last time we were in the area we camped at Standing Indian Campground and got to film a vast array of mushrooms. They're in our Nantahala National Forest video. Did you drive the Cherohala Skyway?
I just love that place...isn't it wonderful? Those trees really blew me away when I was walking around there. Thanks for bringing back some great memories for me!
