  • Screw Jim Palmer...I used to go down by the dugout every time I went to an Orioles game as a kid and ask him for his autograph and he always said no...I even begged him to sign my glove but he said no. You're an ass clown and you are the reason the Orioles didn't play in the 1982 World Series, you blew the last game of the season you jockey shorts wearing fuck.

  • @Grapedrankstank I heard that Jim Palmer autographed your stiff dick with a pink sharpie.

  • Eddie Murray never got his due while an Oriole because he did not like some of the sportswriters, notably Ken Rosenthal, who once called Murray "a cancer in the clubhouse". In fact, Rosenthal was the cancer in the clubhouse. Murray was very appreciated by his teammates as one of the greatest clutch hitters the game has ever known. He is one of three men to have 3000 hits and 500 home runs, the other two being Stan Musial and Willie Mays.

  • Eddie Murray was my Mickie Mantle

  • on the eve of the 1963 World Series between the Yankees and Dodgers a jewish sportswriter from New York broke the story that neither of Sandy Koufax's birth parents were jewish. Sandy Koufax (born Sanford Braun) had German parents and then his mother re-married to a jewish lawyer named Koufax when Sandy about 10 years old. Current shortstop David Eckstein also is German and not jewish. Sandy Koufax was jewish only thru conversion just like Rod Carew and Sammy Davis Jr.

  • @purleses It is true that Koufax was born Sanford Braun and that his mother remarried but, both his mother and original father were Jewish. There was no conversion. Certain German names, such as Weiss, Schwartz and Braun also Jewish names.

  • @purleses So what? By choice or coincidence...it doesn't matter. The first Jew, Abraham, was also the first convert. Who cares? The man could pitch! Rod Carew and Sammy Davis Jr. are as Jewish as anyone.

  • Koufax....The greatest ever..and he's one of us and made us proud when he didn't pitch on Yom Kippur.

  • koufax................world series era: 0.91

    that reduces the conversation

  • Sandy Koufax = In my opinion, the Greatest Pitcher

  • the late, great willie stargell once described what it was like trying to hit against koufax... he said, it was like trying to drink a cup of coffee with a fork...

  • Heck, that's nothing! I saw Ripken vomit all over a kid one night when he left the Cub Hill Inn all tanked up. I guess the kid probably had a good "autograph" though cause Ripken's dinner and drinks were all over his t shirt.

  • Eddie Murray is the biggest asshole in the hall of fame. I witnessed him being a jerk not only one but 3 times to fans asking for his autograph. One was about 9 years old and started crying when he got blown off. Jerk off!

  • i can believe it. they got away with murder back in those days. a baseball player of his statue trys that today, and espn will be all over him.

  • @elmaschingondodger that is ironic because I saw a picture of you offering Eddie Murray a whip creem blowjob just to autograph your tits with a black sharpie after a Dodgers game in 1989.

  • god jul

  • god jul

  • Nolan Ryan Quote:"One Sunday between my junior and senior years in high school we went to see the Houston Colt .45's play the Los Angeles Dodgers. Sandy Koufax was pitching, and I was a big Koufax fan. It was the first time I had ever seen Sandy pitch. I was truly amazed at how fast he was and how good a curveball he had. I think he was the most overpowering pitcher I had ever seen. I still believe to this day that had Koufax been healthy he would own every pitching record imaginable"

  • Simply the best!

  • i got an atograph of him haha bitches

  • who doesn't?

  • 15 years old? Shame you couldn't have seen him pitch...I did, many times

  • imagine how good he would of been in he was like that all twelve years

  • Vin Scully, the greatest baseball announcer of all time just had a birthday. November 29th Vinnie turned 80 years young.
