dude Windows XP crashes all the time man...... This has nothing to do with his tut. Just boot in safe mode and uninstall iTunes that's all i can tell you. basically you mean currently there is no way to downgrade 4.3.5 firmware to any lower if the device NEVER jailbreak before. For E.G if you brought a iphone 4 or 3gs or w/e which is 4.3.5 already meaning you have NO WAY to downgrade or jailbreak and if your device never jailbreak before and it's already 4.3.5, then you also have no way to downgrade again even using SHSH.
