@machinam9gamer Yes this is the pc version. At this moment the video was made the system specs were: cpu - quad core q6600; gpu - geforce 9500 GS; ram - 3gb ddr2 800mhz; psu - 350W. So not best pc really, now I have a hd 5770 and 650W psu. And I'm gonna get gaming pc later.

@blinkzh I use the in-game video editor of the pc version of GTA 4, here you can use F2 to record small clips in game and edit them. Then you can export them. Just google for a tutorial how to use it.
