The earthquake resulting from the test was detected as was the radioactive isotopes in the air so it in confirmed. Note: 2006 test was a fizzle and only partially detonated but 2009 was succesful.

There are loads of countries around the world that can make A-bombs but arent. This is becouse the bombs are to powerful, they always kill more civilians than military when they are used in any useful way. They emit radiation that spreads around the globe and permanently damage the growth of everything. And if you use atomic bombs or even have them there will be political problems.
