To stimulate muscle growth, you have to exhaust them (= WORK HARD = 30% of the result), if you don't work them hard then you won't get results and your steroids or whatever you want won't change anything.

Your muscles have to regenerate themselves after having worked hard, that's why the food is very important.

Whether he did or did'nt is all down to speculation. As far as records show there is no proof that HHH used steroids. On the otherhand some people might say that if he was ever caught using them, given his position in the company, he might have just been given a slap on the wrist by Vince (who has been known to use steroids, according to Hogans biography) & the matter would have been swept under the rug.

I'd like to think that he hasn't used them, in his defence he's been training for 20+ years
