  • "Materiel" is a militarism used to describe materials, equipment, fuel, personnel or any other disposable item used to achieve the missions end.

    So yes, it's correct.

    This is report 1/4 on the 1958 Hardtack series. It is an effects series largely exploring damage criteria for underground structures and megaton yields. It also discusses the effects of Nevada vs Pacific soils on these effects.
