they might not be as talented but who cares ....its what looks better in the end....
many setters are against getting a microscope, but it is the future.....the best skill is how you are able to use technology to improve quality speed..
To be honest, i only set diamonds for a year yet, but i dont find people with microscopes very talented, i set diamonds just with my eyes, i dont need microscopes :)
