@dillononeill123 Keyboard + mouse is just too GOOD. I struggle with mp3 players, I find them too easy to use normally, so I go for the ipod shuffle to make playing a song I want it to play more difficult. I'm guessing that's why people buy Left 4 Dead on the console.

Damn that was good. Yeah, when I played it on expert I did that air condition trick too. There's no reason to waste good Health going through the building, right?
From everything that I have tried, it is practically impossible. Closest to that I saw was 36 seconds and thats because my friend and I were testing run speed with green health vs run speed with yellow health. If you stop to heal up, it does make you run faster but not by enough to make up a time difference.

@soppydogproductions I don't understand, I made a Left 4 Dead speedrun, posted it on youtube, and it gets voted down. These are the fastest times that I've ever seen done on this map, I don't see what people have to vote them down for... unless they think that I'm so damn PRO that I must be using hacks or something. Sigh, I can't win.

@XBOXCLAN100 Doesn't alter my speed at all, plus walking off will simply make the character hang on, as you would know if you've tried this.

From everything that I have tried, it is practically impossible. Closest to that I saw was 36 seconds and thats because my friend and I were testing run speed with green health vs run speed with yellow health. If you stop to heal up, it does make you run faster but not by enough to make up a time difference.

@crystalsword39 the color of the health bar doesn't effect your speed..it's the number..you don't start moving slow till you hit 39HP

This was played on expert mode. I KNOW this because I played it. I have VIDEO evidence of it. If you want to try and disprove it, upload a video of you jumping off and losing more health. I'm confident that you won't.

Guys? I know it's JUST a speed run, but AT LEAST FINISH THE LEVEL! Bots are slow, but you're technically NOT finishing the level by running to the exit and leaving the other players outside! You do know that I thought it was the entire game you were speedrunning, right? But no! Not even a single level!

If you just run off the edge, instead of jump, you can still make the fall and lose less health.
